Multiple studies have shown that less than 9% of dieting is successful long term. The problem with the majority of weight loss programs is that they only focus on losing weight, and not on improving health. The body must be healthy first! The body will get rid of any excess that it does not need when it is working properly-including fat! Our program is very unique in that we focus on getting your body balanced and healthy first. It is a multi-factorial program which will ensure you greater success in maintaining a healthy weight and feeling great for many years to come. There are 4 phases to our program.

Phase 1: Testing is used to identify any problems that may hinder your success. A thorough questionnaire will help us identify any potential problems that we may have to address through testing. Hormone imbalance, gastrointestinal disturbances, food/chemical sensitivities, nutrient deficiencies, and toxicities are some of the things we might check for. In order for all the chemical reactions in your body to work optimally, they must have all the key ingredients, not be overstressed, and work in harmony.

Phase 2: After identifying and correcting the problems in phase one then you will detoxify and cleanse your body. If your liver is overworked and your gastrointestinal tract is not healthy, then you will not be healthy. We are bombarded by toxins everyday. Toxins are stored in our fat cells which affect our hormones and overall health.

Phase 3: You will be following First Line Therapy (FLT) meal plan which is a modified Mediterranean dietary plan. Studies have shown that this way of eating will decrease your appetite, fat, and risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and chronic disease. A bio-impedance analysis is done to measure your metabolic rate, body fat, lean muscle mass, and calculate your caloric requirement.

Phase 4: Depending upon how much weight you have to lose and how fast you want to lose it, a modified version of the human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) diet may be used to help accelerate weight loss. HCG is the pregnancy hormone that allows the body to mobilize fat and use it for energy. You can lose up to one pound per day on this program. The HCG diet has been used successfully and safely for over 50 years. Education and lifestyle choices are emphasized in this program to have long lasting results.
